A SEA education provides a fantastic platform for the future. We put our student success first. We are a more student- centered institution focusing on outcomes as we have a strong integrated support service that advises students on their careers to ensure that they stand out in an ever more competitive graduate job market.
From networking evenings and recruitment fairs to employer mentoring and competitions, the Careers Service offers dozens of ways in which employers from a wide range of sectors can engage with SEA students and graduates.
We try to create many opportunities to bring Social enterprise professionals onto our centres, who are looking to recruit the best in their industry. SEA provides employability skills training and work-based experiences, along with free and professional consultation for our students.
Finding your perfect job
SEA teams up with a lot of both foreign and local organizations to offer work placements. Our careers service provides you with the opportunity to boost your CV, gain practical experience, meet employers and find out about vacancies on offer. SEA Career service lists hundreds of vacancies for volunteering, work experience, internships and graduate opportunities. You can complete your profile to receive targeted emails about jobs, events and employers.
Global Fellowship and Work Placement
You can undertake Global Fellowship Programme which is done annually. Glogal Fellowship is an innovative, “next – Generation” programme for highly effective social change and public problem solving with business model.
The Global Fellowship at Social Enterprise Academy provides support to participants engaged in work placements that create social and environmental value. Fellowships take place in the United Kingdom, United States and Europe at nonprofit, government or nongovernmental organizations, for-profit and nonprofit social ventures, and social venture capital firms for 7 weeks to 3 months period. Participants seeking to transition between sectors, industries and functional areas use the fellowship programme to apply their business skills and explore social enterprise areas.

Also SEA programmes will help working class individuals to get a better position, increase your confidence in your current role, gain a promotion, or set up your own business or to change careers giving you more details on what you could do with your qualification. As a result, we improve the employment rate after they must have completed studying at SEA.
